This family is not yet connected to the official genealogy of the VanValkenburg family on the NAVVF site.

In coming months we will be adding photos and scans of original documents directly to individuals in each tree. (We welcome your help with this and you may use this form to contact us or to join this collaborative project as a Contributor).

Not really a branch, more like a twig:  this family is found in Seymour Twp., Northumberland Co. on the 1861 Census - headed by Isaac and "Mrs." Vanvottenburgh, both born in "Holland" apparently (although I believe they may have just been giving their ethnicity).  The children at that time had all been born within the 1850's in "north Canada".  Nothing more has been found, but the last name was spelled with the O and the GH so common of the Eastern Ontario VV's... am quite sure we will find a connection to one of the existing families.  Keeping an eye out for sons Isaac Jr. and Jacob VV both b. abt 1850.  Any information out there?
